The MXDP Extreme Diagonal Plow from Flexco provides our customers with an ideal belt cleaning and plowing solution that meets the needs of even the most demanding heavy-duty application. With adjustable and customizable installation options, long-lasting materials, and highly engineered safety options, cleaning belt conveyors becomes much more efficient.

Features & Benefits

• Reduces belt mistracking. Material build-up on a pulley causes belt mistracking problems which can lead to other problems on the conveyor. The MXDP Diagonal Plow removes those materials before they get into the pulley and begin building up.
• Extends belt life. Rogue material that runs through a pulley can damage the top cover, ply or cables, and splice. The MXDP Diagonal Plow knocks material off the return flight of the belt to prevent this from occurring.
• Discharges to either side of the belt. The plow can be angled to discharge materials to either side of the belt, making it as convenient as possible for cleanup.
• Can be used anywhere on the beltline. The MXDP Diagonal Plow can be installed on the side of the return belt anywhere there is a problem with materials falling onto the belt.
