In the position of President and CEO, Wujek has the ultimate responsibility for executing on the company’s global vision, with an unwavering commitment to our great people, our strong partnerships, and our valued customers around the world. Wujek has been with Flexco since 1992, serving as Quality Assurance Manager, Field Sales Representative, Sales and Operations Manager, Vice President of Sales and Operations, and Executive Vice President/COO prior to his appointment to President and Chief Executive Officer in 2021. He is active in the National Industrial Belting Association (NIBA), serving as President in 2014, as well as the Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA). He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Workers Compensation Trust of Illinois from 2006 - 2008, and as a board member for HR Source (formerly The Management Association of Illinois) from 2004 - 2010. Wujek holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
In the position of Executive Vice President, Winiarski holds global responsibility for Flexco’s sales, marketing, and engineering functions, as well as all wholly-owned subsidiaries of Flexco. Winiarski has been with Flexco since 2007, serving as Director of Marketing – Heavy-Duty and Vice President of Marketing prior to his appointment to Chief Marketing Officer in 2020, and Executive Vice President in 2023. He is active in the National Industrial Belting Association (NIBA) and the Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA). Winiarski holds a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College, a master’s degree from The Ohio State University with a concentration in Strategy and Finance, and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
As Chief People Officer, Balogh is responsible for strategic human resources planning, talent acquisition and development, and the connected culture that keeps Flexco employees engaged and feeling valued throughout the world. Balogh has been with Flexco since 1990, starting in customer service before transitioning into the human resources department and serving as Director of Human Resources prior to her appointment to Vice President in 2016 and Chief People Officer in 2021. She serves on the Manufacturer Council for the Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA) and holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University’s College of Business.
In the position of Chief Financial Officer, Paradise is tasked with leading profitable growth and preserving the financial assets of the business through collaboration, efficient processes that yield timely and accurate information, and insightful analytics, resulting in sound business decisions. Paradise has been with Flexco since 2007, serving as the Chief Financial Officer throughout his tenure. In this position, He earned both his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Brigham Young University.
As Chief Digital Officer, Staninger creates digital offerings, simplifying the customer and employee experience, and digitizes operations. Staninger joined Flexco in 2020 as Chief Digital Officer, responsible for establishing and implementing the company's digital transformation, while enabling strategic and business model innovation. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Purdue University, an MBA with an emphasis in Strategic Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and a graduate certificate in Financial Management from Rutgers University.
As Chief Manufacturing Executive, Patrick focuses on building Flexco’s manufacturing and operations capabilities, with a continued emphasis on Safety, Continuous Improvement, and Lean Manufacturing. Patrick joined Flexco in 2022 as Chief Manufacturing Executive, responsible for Flexco’s U.S. manufacturing locations, including advancing digital operations and automation transformation. He is also responsible for coordinating global manufacturing and supply chain activities through various regional Managing Directors. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Champion, as well as a certified Project Management Professional.
In the role of Business Unit Director, Miller is responsible for the marketing, engineering, and new product development units, with a focus on strategic planning and global execution, providing leadership and support for the design, development, and implementation of new, existing, and extended product and service lines. Miller joined Flexco in 1998 and has been actively involved in the marketing and new product development of light duty products throughout her career. She was promoted to Business Unit Director – Light-Duty in 2021. Miller earned a bachelor’s degree from Hope College, and has taken MBA classes from Western Michigan University, as well as Executive Education courses through University of Chicago and University of Michigan.
In his role as Regional Director, Mukund is tasked with building a strong Flexco program across Asia and setting a strategic direction for sustainable growth of subsidiary locations in China, India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Mukund joined Flexco in 2013 as the Managing Director of Flexco India and was later promoted to Director of the Southeast Asia subsidiary in 2016, adding Middle East responsibility in 2020. In 2021, Mukund was named Regional Director. He has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Osmanabad and has taken lectures for management students on strategy and how to build empathetic organizations.
In his role as Regional Director, O’Neill is responsible for the operational leadership and strategic initiatives for Flexco locations in North America, North Latin America, Europe, and the United Kingdom. O'Neill has worked at Flexco since 1993 in a variety of sales and leadership roles, beginning his career in Australia as a Territory Salesman in New South Wales and moving his way up to Senior Director of North American Sales and Global Strategic Accounts in 2018. In 2021, he was named Regional Director. O'Neill earned a bachelor's degree in Business from Sydney University in Australia.
In the role of Product Manager, Fales manages the Belt Conveyor Product line, providing strategic guidance for the global business unit. This includes identifying product development opportunities and working with global engineering resources to create new product concepts and enhance existing products that meet local market requirements. Fales has been with Flexco since 2010, beginning his time as a Marketing Specialist before moving into the Product Manager position. He graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, and from Western Michigan University with a Master of Business Administration.
In the role of Product Manager, Jackson has complete ownership over our Light-Duty Belt Conveyor Products, guiding strategic product development, conducting extensive analysis of the needs of light duty industries, and growing market share. Jackson has been with Flexco since 2012. He has earned his bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and is currently completing his Master of Business Administration from the same institution.
In the role of Product Manager, Moore is responsible for the market strategy of Flexco’s Heavy-Duty Mechanical Belt Fasteners globally as well as the Minet Lacing Technology product line in North America. Moore has been with Flexco since 2012, beginning his career as a BCP Marketing Support Analyst before moving into the role of Industry Manager in 2017, Product Manager for MLT North America product line in 2021, and HD MBF Product Manager in 2022. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University.
As a Product Manager for Flexco, Tuttle oversees Flexco Light-Duty Mechanical Belt Fastener product offerings, manages day-to-day operations, and provides critical strategic ideology and implementation strategies that better meet the needs of our extensive customer base. Tuttle has been with Flexco since 2004, where he first started as a Punch Press Operator, moved into the role of CNC Programmer/Setup/Operator, was then a Manufacturing Manager, and has now settled into the role of Product Manager. He graduated from Benedictine University.
As Product Manager, Vliem is responsible for all things related to the Flexco Elevate™ IoT platform – researching and designing business capabilities and go-to-market strategies, implementing and driving adoption of the program, assisting in researching and developing new sensing and monitoring systems, and capturing and evaluating the voice of the customer in relation to program development. Vliem has been with Flexco since 2021. He graduated from the University of Wyoming with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
In the role of Industry Manager, David develops and maintains subject matter expertise related to key heavy-duty growth industries, applying that expertise to market development and marketing communications programs, including the development tools that highlight product, services, and delivered customer value. David has been with Flexco since 2018, beginning his time as a Territory Sales Manager before becoming Industry Manager in 2021. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University.
As Industry Manager, Stewart focuses on both the logistics and food processing industries, creating programs to support each segment and identifying customer issues, as well as potential product solutions, for industrial baking, confectionery, parcel, airports, warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment. Stewart began his career at Flexco in 1989, working in various roles from customer service, to manufacturing, to training, to new product development, to market development management before taking on the role of Industry Manager in 2017. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a B2B specialty from Davenport University.
